  1. All custom or requested items MUST be made in advance pior to any events or special days.
  2. Deposits arerequired for ALL custom orders (NON-REFUNDABLE)
  3. Any & All on hand & sale items are final sales no refundn or exchange after purchce 
  4. Measurments are required for a perfect fit (remeber all items sizes vary off US sizing charts ) in order to get a perfect fit for you unique shape inqiure about sizing first via email or direct message.
  5. THERE IS NO RUSHING ON HAND MADE ITEMS ALL ITEMS VARY AT DIFFRENT TIMES TO CREATE AND TO SHIP SO UNERSTAND THAT YOU CAN NOT GET A CUSTOM ORDER SAMEDAY!
